Let me tell you who I am…

I have vitiligo – it made me incredibly shy as a child.

I was a punk and a new age traveller – I left home at 17 to live in a truck. I am a recovering drug addict/alcoholic with over 30 years clean and sober. I’ve been a session singer and a single mum.

I’m now married with two grown up kids and 3 bonus kids and work as a PSHE Consultant. I write books. I like to laugh and find the funny side of things, I am a chronic over thinker and get anxious and worry a lot. I love authenticity and my favourite place to be is in a wood.

I am a happy survivor of parenthood, a foster home and the fourth of five siblings.

I am also a proud father and a proud husband, a plant-based advocate, a resilient individual, a humorous person (but shit at telling jokes), an avid reader, an artist and photographer, a creative professional and forever inquisitive.

Rarely bored.
